It is a powdered mixture which can be stored and consumed along with rice whenever required. It is mainly prepared in the Coastal region of Andhra Pradesh. It is also prepared with Bengal gram and Green gram dhal.

Roast curry leaf for a few minutes and keep aside. Heat oil and fry all other ingredients. Pound all ingredients into a slightly coarse powder, store in a bottle, to be used whenever required.
